SeAp AI ("we", "our", or "us") is operated by Streak Games. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the SeAp AI mobile application ("the App").

1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide
Photos and images you upload to use with AI effects or video generation features
Account information if you choose to sign in with Apple or Google (name, email address)
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
Device identifiers (device model, operating system version, a randomly generated anonymous user ID)
Usage data (features used, generation history, in-app events) via Firebase Analytics
Push notification token (Firebase Cloud Messaging) if you grant notification permission
Advertising identifier (IDFA) if you grant permission via the App Tracking Transparency prompt, used to measure ad campaign performance
1.3 Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect passwords
We do not access your contacts, calendar, or health data
We do not perform on-device face recognition or extract biometric identifiers

3. Photos and Face Data
When you initiate an AI effect or video generation, your selected photo is:

Transmitted securely (HTTPS) to our backend infrastructure (Firebase Cloud Functions)
Forwarded to third-party AI processing services (see Section 5) to produce the requested output
Not retained on our servers after processing is complete
We do not use your photos for any purpose other than generating the content you requested. We do not extract facial geometry, biometric data, or any face-specific measurements from your photos. Your photos are not used to train AI models.

4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
Subscription and in-app purchase transactions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card information. We receive only a transaction receipt confirming the purchase, which we use to credit your account with the appropriate subscription or coin balance.

Weekly plan and Yearly plan — auto-renewing subscriptions
You may cancel at any time through your Apple ID settings
Refunds are handled by Apple per their standard policies
5. Third-Party Services
We share data with the following third parties only to the extent necessary to operate the App:

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.

6. App Tracking Transparency (ATT)
On first launch, the App will ask for permission to track your activity across other companies' apps and websites using your device's Advertising Identifier (IDFA). This is used solely for measuring the performance of our own advertising campaigns.

If you grant permission: IDFA may be used for ad measurement
If you decline: the App functions fully without any limitation; no tracking occurs
You can change this permission at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

7. Data Retention
Data Retention Period
Uploaded photos Deleted from our servers after processing completes
Generated output images/videos Stored until you delete them from your Creations history, or for up to 90 days of account inactivity
Account data (user ID, subscription status, coin balance) Retained while your account is active; deleted upon request
Analytics events Retained per Google Firebase's standard retention settings (up to 14 months)
8. Data Security
We protect your data using:

TLS/HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
Certificate pinning on our API connections
Firebase Security Rules restricting data access to the authenticated user
No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we are committed to using industry-standard practices.

9. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the European Union). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Delete your account and associated data
Correct inaccurate data
Object to or restrict certain processing

11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, through an in-app notice. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
